  1. thanks for the response .....the Sunrader fell though
  2. Hi Kathy, Good to hear from a fellow Missoulian...Yes, I would like to commnicate! My craigs list posting brought me the 86 18ft sunrader I posted about with no air in the cab and no power steering. The seller in Washington state could not send pictures so I suggested an RV inspection since he lived about 500 miles away. Well he responded to my request by saying it was getting to complicated....so go figure...still looking at the dolphin but it too is at a distance and is 20ft. Seems to be lots of toyotas her but they are all 21ft it seems. I have owned a Dolphin and also a Winnebago Warrior. Thanks much! Mary in Missoula mplace21@msn.com
  3. Hi TAJ I am from Missoula MT and have owned a Dolphin and also a Winnebago Warrior. I regret selling the Dolphin as it was perfect but bought a trailer on a leased lot on Flathead lake. The Warrior was 23 or 24 ft. It was to long for me and a gas hog. I am looking for a 18 ft Sunrader or Dolphin with a manual transmission so if you see one perhaps you can let me know...Mary in Missoula mplace21@msn.com
  4. Hello out there, I am looking for 18ft Sunrader 1986 and above, or another type of Toyota RV that is compact like that. I will travel to pick it up if travel range is feasible. Would you please send me an email if you know of one...thanks much ... mplace21@msn.com Mary
  5. Hi there....I am looking at buying a 1986 18ft 4 cylinder automatic Sunrader with 90K miles and have a few questions. Although I have been looking at several makes and models of Toyota RV's the Sunrader seems like its the most economical. This Sunrader however does not have AC in the cab. Is that standard for some 86 models? Would it be expensive to add AC in the cab? The owner says that the lack of air and power steerring allows less drag on the engine, but I would like AC. Also, the fact that it is an automatic, will I get less fuel economy than a manual and will climibing hills be harder out here in MT. I have been been looking at a 84 manual 20ft Dolphin with 60K miles. Which would have better gas mileage? Any information would be appreciated regarding things to consider before purchasing. Mary
