Thank you for your reply Derek up North. I was wrong it's not a toggle switch it's a red rocker switch. Any ideas?

I have had my 1989 Toyota Dolphin for two years now and I'm learning something new every time I use it. There is a red toggle switch on the far left side of the dash very close to the steering wheel, and I don't know what it is for or does. If anyone has any information about this switch, I would be truly grateful. Thank you.
